There was talk of having an Official Test with the Simtek GT3 cars @ Hungaroring instead but Sunday at 2:00 AM is too late to change it up.
We'll see who shows up because of the car and track choice and we can discuss changing it up at that time. Two reasons for a GT3 test are to see if the problems we had last weekend re-occur and to test with traction control and ABS as some of the drivers are interested in enabling them.
My personal feeling is that traction control and ABS should be banned from all motorsports but the real world GT3 cars allow them so it would in that sense it would be more realistic if we did, too. I am concerned, though, about making a big change midseason and one that could affect the balance of performance.
Hutty and I tested a bit last night. ABS was an obvious help, traction control not as readily apparent and nowhere near as effective as I expected just based on feel not lap times.
