Very much looking forward to Ray eSports Unofficial SCCA Mazda SMX @ Daytona this (Tuesday) evening.
Their Spec Racer Ford race is afterwards which should also be lots of fun but so is NBA playoffs so I'm going to be content and happy that the timing worked out for the Mazda race. Go Warriors!
I've not been looking forward to Sunday morning Weekend Warriors FF1600 at all but once I'm in the seat, I'm more enthusiastic. Ironically, I removed myself from the Masters class because the league changed the minimum age to 60 for NEW members. If I hadn't, I would be leading the championship in that class. As it is, I've been forced to embrace racing in the midpack of the over 3000 iRating class. The race broadcast is no longer a motivator beyond the limited advertising that I get for Lory Electric. Apex Racing does a great job with a very professional and entertaining broadcast team but I rarely watch the entire race.
A far as Offiicials, I only have Skip Barber F2000 @ Zandvoort Club and Advanced Mazda @ Knockhill. My SR is lower than I prefer so probably some time trials or maybe a semi-sacrificial race or two.

Ray eSports Unofficial SCCA Mazda Spec MX-5 @ Daytona was great. I got dropped by the lead 3 somehow but had great battle for P4, led out of Bus Stop on the last lap, moved up the banking because the other car got a better run out of Bus Stop, dropped in behind in and pulled back out for a 0.016 sec advantage at the finish line. Unfortunately, P1-3 was more spectacular with a 3-wide finish so I didn't get any airtime for the crafty and close finish.
Worst official race that I've had in months. Skip Barber F2000 @ Zandvoort National (Club?). Got plowed @ T1 on a flying lap and lost 2-5 positions, had to come a complete stop to miss a couple of idiots running into each other which gained me two spots but moved the next one 3-5 seconds farther ahead, then sweated out way too many laps with a worrisome driver behind who I could gap a little but not enough to keep him from catching up on the front straight. 8X, 0.32 SR hit and a 12 point iR loss.
Advanced Mazda never lined up with my timing, ultra low participation with very few races that went official.
I ended the week A4.32 x 3249 open wheel and A4.63 x 3360 sports car.
