I'm down to Advanced Mazda and Skip Barber F2000 as far as Race Participation Credit paying series.
AM is @ Road Atlanta (don't know which layout) and SBF2000 is @ Detroit.
I have no concerns about Road Atlanta.
If I didn't spend hours @ Detroit last week, I would be inclined to pass on Detroit. I only need to do one more SBF2000 race to get me to 8 rounds but if I can achieve good pace there's a decent chance that it'll be fine. Starting midpack with and 30-40+ cars last Sunday almost worked out... Alternatively, the remaining rounds are Spa and Summit Point, neither of which is treacherous in a Skippy. If I drop the Skippy then I only have to spend time with SRF and FF1600 this week.
I don't have the track for Ray eSports SCCA Tuesday early evening. Weekend Warriors is at Road America with FF1600 and SRF on Sunday. The two add up to about 4 hours of seat time that starts earlier and ends later than I'd prefer but I doubt that I'll have anything better to do.

Week 9

I skipped the early Weekend Warriors FF1600 race on Sunday morning, opting for enough sleep and the SRF race. 50+ cars, not great pace and one two many Eager Beavers ruined that race for 6+ people under the Johnsonville Bridge on lap 1. I had what was I thought a 3-way great scrap near the end over about P30 but one of those drivers whined about it costing us the possibility of catching P29 (or whatever)rather than appreciating the clean and close racing.
Amazingly, another week of clean officials.
I qualified poorly for a Skip Barber race @ Detroit but managed a top half finish that paid a small amount of iR and maxed out my license @ A4.99.
Advanced Mazda @ Road Atlanta. I could have qualified better but got a good start and was gaining on P2 with no pressure from behind but unfortunately on the lap right after setting a PB, got onto the sloped backside of the exit curbing for T1 with my left rear tire and spun out. Luckily stopped safely off the racing line but lost a bunch of positions. That one hurt, podium finish certain and was setting up to be a fun race for P2. Lost a chunk of SR and iR, some consolation that there was no one to blame 'cept myself.
I ended the week A4.76 x 3050
