The "race on my schedule" aspect of official races is resonating with me at the moment so I'm having to convince myself to race on Sunday morning with the league. Both FF1600 and SRF are at Belle Isle (Detroit). I notionally am using the race broadcast as advertising for Lory Electric, so, that may be enough to get me to grid up for one or the other. Ray eSports SCCA runs Tuesday evening with two 20 minute races, Mazda MX5 and SRF, respectively. If I'm done with work in time, I'll probably try for those. Officials would be Advanced Mazda @ Hungaroring, Skip Barber F2000 @ Phoenix and SRF @ Detroit Belle Isle. I'm maxed out on SR so I can just hot lap without a care in the world

Both of the Ray eSports Unofficial SCCA races @ Watkins Glen were excellent, sweaty Mazda MX5 race and not much less intense SRF race. The drivers here are on average spend less time sim racing and more do at least real life club racing than the Sunday super fast sim racers group. Tuesday evenings are hit and miss for me but I'm going to participate when I can.
The Sunday Weekend Warriors @ Detroit were mixed.
I had a clean FF1600 race but didn't finish great, P5 I think in class. Only 2X.
I got caught in a lap 1 log jam in the SRF race but despite that I was on my way to P4 in class and then maybe even P3 when the two cars ahead tangled with 3 or 4 laps left. I drove through the spinning and tumbling wreckage without damage but picked up a 4X that triggered a drive-thru penalty that dropped me to P5.
The officials went find except that the timing never worked out with the low participation SRF @ Detroit, eliminating the SCCA SRF series from my Race Participation portfolio for the season.
Advanced Mazda @ Hungaroring and Skip Barber F2000 @ Phoenix were both a little lonely but I finished well enough to gain iR in both. I struggle with off-tracks @ the Hungarian circuit but managed a 4X in the race plus an unfortunate 2X in qualifying. Phoenix dinged me in qualifying for a 2X thanks to a full lock slide at T1 in the middle of which I couldn't downshift to keep the rear wheels spinning so my speed dropped to almost zero and I was penalized for losing control.
