It is inconclusive whether essentially taking a week off from sim or just time improved my shoulder so I'll see how it goes this week.
To keep Race Participation credit alive, I need to complete races with Sim Lab and Skip Barber. Both are at Watkins Glen NASCAR layout.
Advanced Mazda is @ Mid-Ohio which I don't own.
Weekend Warriors FF1600 is @ Brands Hatch, can't skip that one as I already have 3 races that are good candidates for throwaway.

Sim Lab PCC and Skip Barber in the books. PCC was fine, good clean fun race. Skip Barber @ Watkins Glen sucked. Got plowed lap 1, 100% avoidable even with no regard for my speed or the four cars ahead simply by moving over so there was no overlap. Nope John Lott (B2.53) lacked the ability and ruined the race for 4 or 5 others. Of course, he was largely unaffected, basically passed some cars driving through the grass and went on to finish 5th. Fucking draft and pass track and the Bus Stop is super important to enter faster than the cars ahead??? I was able to work my way forward despite aero damage (bent front wing) and scraped out a gap that seemingly was big enough that car behind couldn't draft me. Unfortunately with two laps to go, a car went off in the bus stop and bumbled back onto the track so that I had to lift. I passed him but then he hit me at T1 and my gap was gone. Now it was a three car race for whatever position and I was helpless on the straight. We arrived to the second to last corner with me 3rd of us 3. I passed around the outside and was ahead at the final corner but lost out at the finish line by a wheel because I was down on speed. P9 when pace rightfully should have been a top 5. Slow cars on a draft track are fun except when you can't trust the other drivers. Start P4, end P9, 5X, lost 0.17 SR and 21 iR. My last three official open wheeled races rang up a total of 23X . I've been striving for $8-10 of Participation Credit per season but most of the time it feels like it'd be worth $40 a year to completely avoid shit drivers and just practice / play around and do the league races. Hell, scheduled AI races would be so much better on average than official races. As it is, I am at the mercy of how many drivers register and when which more often makes my entire race evening revolve around one race.

Meh, another bad Weekend Warriors race for me, too many mistakes. I was quicker than Coffey but he tortoised it to a P2 in-class. I should have been battling for win in-class.
I ended the week A4.38 x 2803
