I've decided to ignore the GT4 cars for the time being so it's only Sim Lab PCC for me this week as I don't own this week's Advanced Mazda track (Donington) and it's a good week for a light iRacing schedule.
My pace with the Mustang isn't where it needs to be yet so I abstained from a race Monday night with it but I was lucky to enter a race alone with the Solstice to pick up some SR and a race participation. After months of very minor setup changes (ARBs mostly) to the Mustang until Rudskogen last week where changing rear ride height seemed to pay dividends I've been sent down the tweaking the setup path. Combined with the new to me Daytona NASCAR layout, there was too much for me to refine between the car and my driving. It looks like we need to be in the 2:10s to have a decent race. I'm getting close but need to decide on a setup and get to work on learning how to get it around the track.
I'm probably done with the Solstice for the week, so it's Mustang and Mazda for play, for sure Mustang for at least one race and maybe Mazda for a race if I can come up with good enough pace to get away from the less desirables.

The NASCAR chicane and possibly a cold track and tires that took longer to warm up made Daytona harder than I remember. I ran out of time with a friend visiting, never did find consistency to go with good sporadic pace so my week of racing ended with the Solstice on Monday night.
