As far as base content non-Rookie road racing, it looks like Sim Lab PCC (Mustang, Miata, Jetta and Solstice) @ Charlotte (legacy) and Fanatec Global Challenge @ Summit Point. We seem to momentarily be down to Pat, the two Riches and Mike I already did a Sim Lab race with the Mustang, may roll the dice with Porsche Cup as I have the tracks for at least 8 rounds, perfectly fine car that I like driving, decent schedule and high participation, Advanced Mazda and GT4 are at tracks that I don't have, I'm abstaining from GT3 for the entirety of this season and I am afraid of the Brazilian Stock Car crowd, I like the car but the track selection is not great this season. And I'm supposed to be focusing on one car so that I might get good at something.

Weekend Warriors has moved their Formula Vee program to Sunday mornings before their Spec Racer Ford program.
60 minute practice session @ 16:45 UTC, 17:45 qualifying, followed by a 30 minute sprint race. Lime Rock this week, I believe. Spec Racer Ford practice is @ 18:40 UTC with a 45 minute race @ 20:00 UTC. Road America.
Great club to race with especially if you are a fast guy, as the "slow" class cutoff is 3000 iRating. The few races I've done I've run around near the back but have had people to race with thanks to big grids.
With Formula Vees moving to Sunday mornings from Saturday afternoon, I am inclined to race those I can get a good night's sleep, race and there's still plenty of daylight to make use of outdoors.

I ran a dirt road race last night. I thoroughly enjoy them so I will run the D series & also the C series. Only 10 laps each makes it an easy way to get the rewards for participation. Plus the racing is intense. I hopped into a server, practiced for 5 minutes, joined a race, got pole & finished 2nd after a turn 1 incident. I might also try some F1 racing if time permits - those cars are a thrill to drive.

Thanks, Mike, it never crossed my mind that I could do 8 rounds with other disciplines to get the $4 per season credit, albeit maybe because I don't have enough tracks?
I'd still do my best to race clean but I don't at all care about my ratings for anything other than RR. Spend less 30 minutes on some fun and to get the participation out of way with rally or ovals and I could focus on one RR series.

It's nice that many of the rallycross tracks are included with the road courses.

Ya I'll have to buy Barcelona to get the 8 tracks. I'll use last season's credits for it. I'll be on later tonight to race in the C class dirt road. I got Pat interested in them last night. They are fun... Also Pat & I ran the Dallaras at Charlotte. Qualified 3rd & 4th. I was running 2nd for half the race until my stupid cat came over & got in my feet. That distracted me & I hit the wall. Steering was off. Pat also hit the wall earlier & had the same problem. He caught up to me & beat me at the line by .04 seconds. Bastard!

It looks like I'll be home this evening, am about to do some laps with Porsche Cup as I type this, will probably enter a race.
I think that I have finally arrived at plan that will be good for my head as far as Safety Rating and iRating.
I'll work off (Time Trials and sacrificial races) incidents that are my fault but not Safety Rating hits that are caused by others. As it's been, especially when I was trying to maintain a 4.99, I'd would punished at least fourfold by incidents that weren't my fault in that my race was ruined, I lost iR, lost SR and then I would spend hours getting the SR back.
I'll be pleased when I gain iRating but other than staying close to Coffey's number, I don't care.

Three roadraces for me this week. Sim Lab PCC with the Mustang, Weekend Warriors Formula Vee and Porsche Cup.
Started on pole and took a win with the Mustang, started near the back with FV so about P21 but got a top 10 thanks to no mistakes by me, started P13 with Porsche Cup, let everyone go before T1, ended P9 with no mistakes and some luck avoiding incidents, some wheel to wheel racing. Gained SR and iR.
Did some laps Rallycross practice with Pat and Mike Sunday evening and a Rallycross race with zero incidents. Those cars are so grippy!
I'm disappointed that I ran out of time and didn't enter another Mustang race after trying 3rd gear for a couple of corners that I had been using 2nd gear which I believe dropped my lap time by 0.5 - 1.0 second.
At my pace, the Porsche is a sweetheart, hardest part is braking.
