Hello fellas, long time no see ! Right after my Saturday's 2.4Hr or Sebring, I was looking for something old/historic to drive. I miss Historix from rF1 so much I am about to re-install it ! So I typed : Trans AM on the in the search box, and then I Found Internationalsimracing has converted our beloved Trans Am Historix in RFactor 2. So the Camaro, the Firebird, The Boss Mustang, the Cuda and the Challenger are back with improved interiors, and they are really well made, and of course FREE. They used the cars from Historix, updated physic and tire from S397 Dissenter ajusted for each cars with their own drive, sound and physic. Its a Blast, Huge Fun we tried it at Laguna Seca Laser Scan. If you guys make an even with these cars I will be in. Link for the cars : www.internationalsimracing.com/forum/index.php?topic=5455.0Youtube video of the cars : www.youtube.com/watch?v=qz0A15FKiAQIf you want to try it, there is a server Online , just type Trans Am on the search box, its on Laguna Seca Laser. Hope you all going well ! I miss you guys cya soon !

Thank you, Eric.
Sadly, we no longer have the NRT server and I haven't been able to make rF2 Dedicated Server work on my PC so an Efnet event is unlikely.

Thank you Eric. Tough to go back to rF1 now. The transition to iracing has taken all of my available time for now.

I am reminded that rF2 doesn't get along with my Windows 10 installation, stuttering. I spent many hours trying to fix it near The End. I'm more likely to take a break from sim racing than go back to rF2 at this point.

On Saturday I downloaded 2 of the cars, Camaro and Mustang. The forum link above didn't take me to a download but also my login to ISR no longer works. I was able to get to it by a YouTube video that is that forum thread and a direct download link is given.
So fired up Road America and tried the Mustang, fast but a handful and had to brake a mile before the corner, the Camaro felt really good and I think it and the Mustang are just like they were in RF1. I had no setup just default so I'm sure they can be even better.
